• Client: Spartan Surfaces

The 43,000 SF former Aegis Building in downtown Bel Air was transformed to a contemporary space to provide a headquarters for Spartan Surfaces, incorporating their brand and products in their work place.

The revitalization of the existing space was designed and constructed by local firms and brings long-term employment opportunities to the community.

When the renovation completed, Spartan Sports and Wellness was added to the basement, a state of the art training facility complete with a golf simulator. The gym serves the greater community and specifically student athletes in group training sessions.
