Frederick Ward Associates provided surveying services to map a site plan for the Harford County Equestrian Center for their yearly festival.
In the past years, the site plan on file was not accurate to the locations of utilities causing the tent stakes to rupture utility lines.
FWA provided utility locating and topographic survey to the 33 acre site to update the site plan.
