Client: Enterprise Business Park
Eastgate Industrial Park will consists of three buildings on a 243 acre site for a total of 2.5 million SF between the Amtrak rail line and the Aberdeen Proving Ground security fence.
Phase 1 includes the development of a 656,800 SF Class A cross dock distribution center located at 1100 Woodley Road and a two mile extension of Woodley Road and associated public utilities to connect to Route 715 in the future.
Eastgate is expected to bring up to 2,000 new jobs to the area.
